The social media graphics examples that work best for a small B2B firm are simple: a client quote card, a one-number card, a short how-to carousel, a real photo with a branded caption strip, and an announcement card. Founders and owners of small B2B firms handle branded graphics by choosing four of these formats, fixing one palette and one font, and reusing the same templates every week instead of designing each post from scratch.
Consistency matters because most of your readers are not shopping yet. LinkedIn's B2B Institute states that 95% of potential B2B buyers are not ready to buy today. SalesFuel's 2026 BuyerSCAN study found that over 43% of B2B decision-makers build a short list of suppliers before they meet any new supplier. When a buyer checks your LinkedIn page before the first call, the graphics on that page tell the buyer whether your firm is active and careful.
What are good social media graphics examples for a B2B firm?
Five formats cover most of what a small B2B firm needs to say. Each format carries one idea and one focal point.
- Client quote card: one sentence from a client, set on your brand color, with your logo in a corner. Add the client's name and role only after the client agrees in writing.
- One-number card: a single figure from your own work, such as days saved on a project, shown large with one line of context. Use only a number you can prove.
- How-to carousel: five to eight slides, one step per slide, ending on a slide that names your firm. LinkedIn allows up to 20 photos in one post, so a short carousel fits easily.
- Behind-the-work photo: a real photo of a workshop, a whiteboard or a site visit, with a caption strip in your brand color. Real photos show that the work actually happens.
- Announcement card: a new service, a new hire or a talk you are giving, with the date and place in large type.
A buyer scrolling your feed should recognize your firm from the colors alone, before reading the name.
What size should social media graphics be on LinkedIn?
The figures below come from LinkedIn Help, as checked on October 9, 2026.
- Recommended width for post photos. LinkedIn rule: 1080 pixels.
- Minimum post photo size. LinkedIn rule: 552 by 276 pixels.
- Aspect ratio for post photos. LinkedIn rule: 3:1 to 4:5.
- Upload limit per photo. LinkedIn rule: 5 MB.
- Photos in one post. LinkedIn rule: Up to 20.
- Company Page logo. LinkedIn rule: 400 by 400 pixels.
- Company Page cover image. LinkedIn rule: 1512 by 256 pixels.
- Company Page image file size. LinkedIn rule: 3MB maximum, PNG or JPEG.
A practical default is 1080 x 1350 pixels for a portrait post. That size sits at the 4:5 end of LinkedIn's range and fills more of a phone screen. Use 1080 x 1080 for a square card. Other platforms set different sizes, so check each platform's help page before you export one graphic everywhere.
How do founders make branded graphics without a designer?
Design help has a real price. The US Bureau of Labor Statistics reports median pay for graphic designers of $30.27 per hour in May 2025. A worked calculation with that figure: three hours of design work a week costs $90.81, or about $4,722 a year, before any freelancer margin or agency fee. Without a marketing hire, those hours come out of the founder's billable time.
Set up a small template system once:
- Pick two brand colors and one neutral, and write down the hex codes.
- Pick one headline font and one body font, and use only those two fonts.
- Build one template for each format you chose from the list above.
- Write the caption first, then pick the template that fits the caption.
- Keep the words on the graphic short and put the detail in the caption.
- Add alt text that describes the image for readers who use a screen reader.

Which tools suit a small B2B team for social media graphics?
Each tool below suits a different kind of team, as checked in October 2026.
- Canva suits founders who want drag-and-drop templates and a shared brand kit a small team can reuse.
- Adobe Express suits teams already working in Adobe apps. Adobe lists brand kits on the Adobe Express Premium plan, as of October 2026.
- Infogram suits firms whose best material is data, since Infogram is built around charts, maps and infographics.
- Figma suits teams with a designer, or a founder comfortable building layouts from a blank canvas.
- SocialPost.ai suits founders whose captions already come from ChatGPT, Claude or Grok and who want the branded visual, platform formatting, approval and scheduling in one place.
How to choose: count the posts you plan to publish each week. If the answer is one or fewer and you enjoy design, a template tool such as Canva or Adobe Express is enough. If the answer is two or more and your captions already come from an AI assistant, pick a tool that takes the caption and returns a finished post for your approval, because most of the time goes into copying text and images between apps. Most guides for small business focus on posting volume. For a firm whose buyers check LinkedIn before a call, a steady, approved, on-brand feed counts for more.
How SocialPost turns your AI's caption into a branded post
SocialPost drafts on-brand posts every week, and nothing publishes until the owner approves. SocialPost renders the brand-correct visual from your colors, fonts and logo, formats the post for each platform, holds the post for your approval and schedules the post.
The front door is MCP, short for Model Context Protocol, an open standard that lets an AI assistant use outside tools from inside the chat. MCP social media posting means you stay in Claude, ChatGPT or Grok, ask for a LinkedIn post, and the caption goes straight to SocialPost for the visual and the schedule. If you want to connect Claude to social media without copying text between tabs, MCP is the route. For a wider view of the category, read our guide to the best AI social media tools.
Skip engagement pods, bulk DMs and tools that comment or connect on your behalf. A person should approve every post that goes out under your firm's name.
Worked example: a one-number card you can reuse
Caption, written by your AI and edited by you: "Our team cut a client's onboarding checklist from [old number] steps to [new number]. The biggest change was [one change]. If your onboarding still runs long, start with [first step]." Replace each bracket with a figure from your own records before you approve the post.
- Format: one-number card.
- Size: 1080 x 1350 pixels, inside LinkedIn's 4:5 limit.
- Large text: [old number] to [new number] steps.
- Small text: the type of client, with no client name unless the client approved the post in writing.
- Brand: your colors and fonts, with the logo in the bottom corner.
Choose your four formats this week, connect the AI assistant you already use, and approve your first branded post. Start free on the Free plan, no card needed.
FAQ
What are some social media graphics examples for a B2B company?
Client quote cards, one-number cards, short how-to carousels, real behind-the-work photos with a branded caption strip, and announcement cards.
What size should a LinkedIn post graphic be?
LinkedIn Help recommends a width of 1080 pixels and accepts aspect ratios from 3:1 to 4:5, with a 5 MB limit per photo. A 1080 x 1350 portrait card is a safe default.
Does a small firm need a designer for branded social media graphics?
Most small firms do not. One palette, two fonts and four reusable templates cover a weekly LinkedIn schedule. A designer is worth paying once to build the templates if your brand is new.
How do you connect ChatGPT or Claude to social media?
Through MCP, the Model Context Protocol. With SocialPost connected in Claude, ChatGPT or Grok, you ask for a post in the chat, and SocialPost renders the branded visual, formats the post and holds the post for your approval before scheduling.
How often should a small B2B firm post graphics on LinkedIn?
Pick a rhythm you can keep for a year, such as one or two posts a week. LinkedIn's B2B Institute states that 95% of potential B2B buyers are not ready to buy today, so steady presence over many months matters more than a burst of posts.
