How do I set up my brand kit?

Your Brand Kit is what makes every post look and sound like you. SocialPost builds it from your website, and you review it.

What's in it: your logo, brand colors, fonts, a short "What you offer" summary, and your writing voice.

New to SocialPost? You set up your first Brand Kit during onboarding.

  1. Paste your website address when asked.
  2. SocialPost scans the site and fills in what it finds, which takes about 25 to 60 seconds. Don't refresh the page while it runs. It shows where each asset came from.
  3. Check each color's role. If the scan picked an accent color as your main color, switch it.
  4. Edit the "What you offer" summary so it says what you'd say to a customer.
  5. Save.

Adding another Brand? Each Brand has its own Brand Kit.

  1. Click your brand name in the top-right corner.
  2. Choose Add a brand.
  3. Paste the website address. SocialPost scans it and shows the Brand Kit details for review.
  4. Review and save. The new Brand and its Brand Kit are created.

Reviewing an existing Brand Kit?

  1. Open Brand Kit in the left sidebar.
  2. Edit any detail that's off: logo, colors, fonts, summary, or voice.
  3. Rescan your website whenever it changes, so your Brand Kit stays up to date.

No website? Choose to continue without one. Upload your logo and add your colors and summary yourself.

Logos: Upload a PNG at least 522 px wide, or an SVG. A smaller file shows small on your posts. A transparent background works best, and you can add a separate logo for dark backgrounds.

Photos from your website: Open Brand Kit > Assets and approve the photos SocialPost may use in posts.

One Brand per website: Each website address maps to one Brand. To run another brand, add it with its own address.

Limits: Each Brand has one Brand Kit. Free includes 1 Brand, Founder 3, and Team 5.

If it doesn't work: If your site blocks scanners or loads mostly from scripts, the scan may miss things. Add them by hand.
