AI Multi Post

AI Multi Post helps you generate multiple ready to use social media posts in a few minutes. 

You can start with your website, or you can enter your brand details manually. After posts are generated, you can edit, schedule, or post right away. 

 

Before you generate posts 

Option 1: Start with your website 

  1. Paste your website URL 
  1. Click Get Brand Details 

Option 2: Continue without a website 

  1. Click Continue without website 
  1. Upload your logo and add a short brand description 
  1. Click Get Brand Details 

Tip 
PNG or SVG logos work best. Transparent background is recommended. 

 

Step 1: Brand Basics 

Add the key brand details: 

  • Brand logo 
    Light background logo 
    Dark background logo optional 
  • Brand colors 
    Primary, secondary, and accent 
  • Brand name 
  • Tagline optional 
  • Brand story 
  • Brand voice 

Click Next to continue. 

 

Step 2: Marketing Strategy 

Choose your primary marketing goal. You can select more than one. 

Then fill in: 

  • Industry 
  • Product or service description 
  • Unique selling point optional 
  • Target audience 
  • Customer objective 
  • Customer pain points 
  • Brand core values 
  • Donts 

Click Next. 

 

Step 3: Content Settings 

Topics 

Add the themes you want your posts to focus on. You can add multiple topics. 

Image preference 

Pick the image style you want, such as lifestyle, minimal, graphic, artistic, hyper real, or 3D. 

Language 

Choose the language for your captions and content: 

  • English 
  • German 
  • French 
  • Spanish 

Additional notes optional 

Add any extra guidance to shape the content direction. 

When ready, click Finish and Generate posts. 

After posts are generated 

You will see your posts in a grid. Each post includes a caption and a design. 

Click Edit and Schedule on any post. 

Edit, schedule, or post now 

Inside the editor you can: 

  1. Select a social profile 
    You can also add or remove socials from this screen. 
  1. Edit the caption 
    You can also add a first comment optional. 
  1. Update the image using: 
    Creator Studio – Our own Canva like image editor 
    Image Library – Search and select from 1000s of images 
    AI Image – Our AI will generate an image for your post 
    Upload Media – Upload your own media 

At the bottom, choose: 

  • Save – To schedule or post later 
  • Schedule – Schedule for a future date 
  • Post now – Post right away 

Connecting social accounts 

To schedule or publish, you must connect at least one social account. 

If you try to schedule without a connected account, you will see a prompt to Connect Socials. 

Tips for best results 

  • Upload a clean logo and brand colors 
  • Write a clear product or service description 
  • Choose specific topics 
  • Add notes if you want a specific style or focusTop of FormBottom of Form
  • Review posts before scheduling

Can I edit posts after they are generated? 

Yes. You can edit both the text and the image. 

Can I schedule posts directly? 

Yes, after connecting your social accounts. 

Can I generate posts without a website? 

Yes. You can continue without a website and enter details manually.
